What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100–200 pcs per style, depending on the product complexity. For ODM (customizing existing designs), MOQ can be as low as 100 pcs. For OEM (your own design), MOQ starts from 200 pcs.
How long does sample production take?
Sample production typically takes 7–10 business days after design confirmation. We can ship samples internationally via DHL/FedEx within 3–5 days.
What is the production lead time?
Mass production takes 20–35 days depending on order quantity and complexity. We provide a detailed production schedule with every order.
Do you accept small trial orders?
Yes! We understand that new customers may want to test the market. We accept small trial orders and offer flexible terms for first-time buyers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
